When we were buying our home, Danyelle had it all from the start: Thorough research, thoughtful listening, timely communications, impeccable professionalism, and more. But it didn't stop with just being effective in the core role - Danyelle went above and beyond. Due to an issue missed by the pre-inspection causing mortgage problems, we faced the prospect of having our rate raised significantly due to fluctuations between the first rate lock and our second. It was a late-in-the-game bad break for us, but Danyelle didn't give up. Between effective negotiation and paying money out of her own commission when it really "hit the fan," Danyelle got us our original rate back, saving us over $10K. It was a real "wow" moment, doing something we never expected a real estate agent to do for us.

In selling our home later, Danyelle was similarly impressive. She pulled together innumerable contractors to whip our home - which had fallen into less-than-ideal shape after a few years with small children running around - into great condition so that it would be beautiful and attractive at sale. She helped us negotiate quotes and make wise financial decisions, as well as enlisted her extended network to get us additional help when we needed it most. Finally, when it came time to list, Danyelle understood the market very well and helped us price just right given the market's significant (and sudden) cooling right around when we listed. With her help, we sold the home on time and at a price we were satisfied with, with a minimum of drama or difficulty. We would have preferred to sell at the market's heights, of course, but with Danyelle's expert help we made the most of the situation anyway.

It was January 2021 when my wife and I made the heart wrenching decision to sell our forever home. It was a custom-built home I had spent eight years bringing back to its original 1983 condition, parquet floors and all. It was beautiful to us, but as newly minted empty nesters it was just too big.
